We spent a lovely weekend in a hotel near the highway. The rooms were spacious and clean, providing us with a great view. The location was optimal, as there was easy access to nearby shops, making grocery shopping very easy. we were delighted to find out there was a relaxing spa available at no extra cost.

Although we appreciated the spa, we were disappointed to find out that the fitness room was poorly equipped and needed maintenance. This was frustrating since we wanted to maintain our fitness routine while away.

Wellness area, everything very small, shower did not work, no towels, no bathing shoes there

the food was superb and the bed was nice. one of the dining options, grill courtepaille was 20 mins walk away. a relaxing base for exploring epinal. free wi-fi worked flawlessly.

We had an exceptional overnight stay at Lafayette Hotel. The spa was fantastic, the food was of exceptional quality, and the staff couldn't do enough for us. The room was well-appointed and faultless. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is situated conveniently close to both an industrial area and the town center. Not only is there a golf course nearby, but the Sanremo restaurant is also within easy reach. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean, complete with comfortable beds and great linens. The bathroom was well-equipped and spotless. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and appreciated the attentive service provided by the staff throughout our stay.

The service in the restaurant could be improved. We experienced a delay in getting our food and felt that the staff could have been more attentive to our needs.

The hotel had a quiet and comfortable atmosphere. Access to swimming pool, spa, and sauna was excellent. Staff spoke English and were very helpful. Good location with plenty of parking. Breakfast was adequate and with an on-site restaurant.

Since my last visit the hotel has been renovated and the room was very nice, especially the bed and shower were very good.

The hotel offered complementary Wi-Fi and parking, which was great for us, since we rented a car. The location was convenient for us, close to a big shopping area and a main road that lead us easily to all the tourist attractions we wanted to visit. We also enjoyed the continental breakfast, which had some variety of baked goods, fruits and cereals.

The hotel was quite old-fashioned and really needed a renovation. The furniture and decor were worn-out and gave the impression that the hotel didn't care much about guests' comfort.

Good location for us , we were driving through to Italian Lakes. Close to the main road. No restaurants nearby, but for us it was fine, the hotel restaurant was excellent. Good air Conditioning in the room.

Location good if you're driving . Hotel is in a more industrial area of town, so it wouldn't suit a long leisure stay

Customer service excellent nothing was to much

I got great value for my money at Best Western Plus La Fayette Hotel Et Spa. The room was clean, comfortable, and had separate toilet and bathroom. The staff was friendly and provided excellent service. The location was convenient, close to the highway and within walking distance to a bakery and a grocery store.

The breakfast offerings could have been improved.

This is the second time staying here and it was as good the second time. Rooms are a decent size and the bathrooms are fine. The air condition worked wery well and was much appreciated as the temperature was about 30 the night we stayed. Restaurant very good and competitively priced. Very good buffet breakfast with plenty of choices.. Free parking (always an advantage). Would have no hesitation in recommendating it as a stopover or even for a few nights
